Sounds familiar?

  • Every new training or date means emailing someone and waiting.
  • Your offer is spread across PDFs, social posts and an outdated site.
  • People ask the same questions before they sign up.

What you get

  • Training pages you duplicate and edit yourself
  • A clear offer: who it is for, programme, dates, price, sign-up
  • A blog and resources you publish yourself
  • A handover session: I show you how to add and edit content

How much does a website for a training company cost?

A trainer with one offer and contact details needs a one-page website. Once you run several trainings, each with its own programme and dates, you need a company website. The price depends mainly on:

  • how many trainings there are and whether each gets its own page
  • how sign-ups work: a simple registration form is a different scope from online payments or seat limits
  • moving content from the old site, PDFs and social media
  • copy: if you don't have it, writing it is quoted separately

Original design, integrations or app features: after we talk, I estimate the hours and send a written quote.

Prices are for sites on proven layouts with your finished content. They go up with more pages, integrations, extra languages and writing the content. Domain, hosting and any paid plugins are agreed in writing together with the scope. Smaller budget? Tell me, and we'll check whether a simpler scope works.

Based in Poland: a lower cost base, the same standards and tools I use on enterprise stores. Prices are set in Polish złoty (from 2,000 zł and 6,000 zł net); the euro amounts are fixed and rounded up. All prices exclude VAT. The final price is a written quote after a short call.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you need from me?

Your content (texts, photos, logo), one person who makes the decisions, and quick feedback when I send you a link to review. If the content isn't ready yet, we'll plan it together.

Who owns the site?

You do: the domain, the hosting account, the code and every admin login are in your name. If we ever stop working together, nothing is locked with me.

How long does it take?

A one-page website usually takes 2–3 weeks, a company website 4–6. I work alongside a long-term contract, so after our first call I'll tell you when I can start.

Tell me what should work, and by when.

I'll reply with whether I can take it on, from when, and a price range.
