Partner and client portals
When a spreadsheet and email threads stop scaling: a simple portal where partners or clients handle things themselves.
Ask for a quoteSounds familiar?
- Partners send forms by email and someone retypes them.
- Nobody knows the current state without asking.
- The rules (territories, deadlines, approvals) live in one person's head.
What you get
- Logins for your partners or clients
- Forms saved straight into your system, signed and collected in one place
- Your rules built in: territories, statuses, deadlines
- Where it fits, built on what you already use (such as WordPress). I check this before quoting
How much does a partner portal cost?
I quote portals individually, because the price depends on what the portal does, not on the number of pages. After one conversation you get a written price range. The price depends most on:
- the number of roles and permissions (e.g. partner, client, administrator)
- integrations with WordPress, a CRM, maps or an invoicing system
- signing and storing documents
- whether we start with a version for your team and open it to partners later, as with SCUBE
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a portal take?
It depends on the features and integrations. I give you the timeline in writing once we've agreed the scope of the first version. I work alongside a long-term contract, so I'll also tell you when I can start.
Who owns the site?
You do: the domain, the hosting account, the code and every admin login are in your name. If we ever stop working together, nothing is locked with me.
Taking on a few projects alongside a long-term contract
Tell me what should work, and by when.
I'll reply with whether I can take it on, from when, and a price range.
