Custom WordPress theme, plus a Vue 3 app on the WordPress REST API for setting up workshops, collecting signed enrolment forms and keeping in touch with parents. The SCUBE team uses it today; onboarding the first partners is the next step.

The Approach
A custom WordPress theme for the public site, and a Vue 3 app at /portal running on the WordPress REST API: workshop setup, signed enrolment forms, the data gathered in wp-admin, and a territory map that stops two partners covering the same area. Built using AI tooling, with a UI designer supporting the visual work.

The Result
The marketing site is live and the team is already using the portal to set up workshops, ahead of onboarding the first franchise partners. Workshop setup and enrolment paperwork that was manual now happens in one place, and a settlements view is built and waiting on the first real partners to prove it. A spec-based inventory module is built but not yet through QA; a 3D product viewer is planned rather than started.
